Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow (CFY) position in a school-based setting for the 2026–2027 year in Albany, OR. Provide speech and language services to students under supervision, addressing articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic language. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement IEP goals and therapy strategies; conduct assessments, collect data, and assist in developing IEPs; deliver individual and group sessions aligned with IEP goals; receive structured mentoring from CF supervisor; participate in IEP meetings under supervision; maintain documentation in line with district/state requirements; stay current with best practices in school-based SLP services; contribute to a collaborative, student-centered team culture. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Active or pending state SLP license in residence and service state (if different)
- ASHA CCC-SLP supervision or eligibility
- Commitment to completing CF requirements as outlined by ASHA
