Job Summary
School-based Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) providing speech and language services under supervision of a licensed CCC-SLP, collaborating with teachers and families to implement IEP goals, conducting assessments, delivering individual and group therapy aligned with IEPs, maintaining documentation, and receiving structured mentoring. Positions available for CFY during the 2026–2027 school year across school districts, with options for full-time, part-time, on-site, hybrid, or remote roles; provide mentorship, supervision, and opportunities to develop skills in articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language within a school setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and supervision by a licensed CCC-SLP
- Active or pending state SLP license in both the state of residence and the state where services will be provided (if different)
- Commitment to completing all Clinical Fellowship requirements as outlined by ASHA
- Passion for working with children and supporting their communication and educational success
- Ability to accept feedback and engage in reflective practice
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
