Job Summary
Conduct speech-language pathology services for pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients across state-of-the-art facilities using evidence-based practice guidelines. Deliver treatments aimed at maximizing clinical outcomes and improving patient recovery speeds within a comprehensive rehabilitation team environment. Maintain current unrestricted professional licensure and a passing National Board Examination score while managing organizational and leadership responsibilities. This role is open to new graduates and includes a $5k sign-on bonus, competitive hourly rates, and a full benefits package featuring health, dental, vision, and 401k matching.
Required Qualifications
- Pediatric experience
- Current unrestricted professional license to practice
- Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
- Passing score on National Board Examination in Speech Language Pathology
- Completed Clinical Fellowship year with nine (9) months of professional experience under supervision while employed as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
