Job Summary
Contribute to a positive work team by sharing information, using problem-solving methods, and accepting new ideas or advice. Support activities introduced by the Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Services while demonstrating superior customer service through consistent follow-up and positive communication. Provide ongoing collaboration with the Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines to facilitate effective clinical case management. Maintain state-of-the-art clinical expertise through seminars, professional journals, and peers, and effectively demonstrate safe working practices. Complete clear and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and payor requirements. Report for scheduled work periods on time and perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. Uphold the System's reputation by exhibiting servant leadership and contributing to committees, workgroups, and project management efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- current, unencumbered, license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Georgia
- two (2) years experience in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation environment, or equivalent
