Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments, then develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs. Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services while collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to help children develop communication skills. Maintain timely documentation and participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists. Split time between 3-4 days of in-person or school-based services and 1-2 days for virtual supervision, telehealth, and administrative duties. Choose between Pay-Per-Visit or Guaranteed Hourly Rate compensation structures.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist License
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Pediatric experience through employment, clinical fellowship, internships, or fieldwork
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
