Job Summary
Conduct pediatric speech therapy services in home-based settings within the Commerce City and Henderson territories. Work with children under the supervision of an experienced Clinical Fellow Supervisor who provides individualized mentoring via phone and in person. Build clinical skills and decision-making abilities while gaining independence at a pace that supports learning without overwhelm. Participate in the Global Outreach Program to provide therapy services to underserved children abroad, with travel and participation costs covered by the organization. Utilize a top-tier EHR to streamline documentation and reduce administrative burden. This Clinical Fellowship experience is designed to offer structured mentorship and real-world pediatric experience for new Speech-Language Pathologists.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
