Job Summary
Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students aged three to 21 with medically complex needs and severe autism. Provide direct therapy services tailored to communication goals, document progress notes, and maintain accurate clinical records. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to shape individualized care. Advocate for appropriate caseloads and high-quality therapist support while utilizing communication devices. This role requires safety care training and is part of a woman- and SLP-owned company dedicated to sustainable caseloads and strong client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
