Job Summary
Provide full spectrum speech language pathology services in patients' homes under physician orders and plan of care, including evaluating patients’ speech, language, and cognitive-communication disorders, reevaluating progress, selecting and modifying evaluation tools, recommending adaptive equipment to support independence, supervising home health aides as appropriate, and participating in discharge planning; eligible candidate holds a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology, is licensed in the practicing state, and has at least one year of acute care experience; flexible work-from-home options available.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Licensed as Speech Language Pathologist in the practicing state
- Minimum of one year experience in an acute care setting
- Successful completion of national examination or in process of completing
- Currently licensed in the state(s) practicing
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the practicing state
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or successful completion of 350 clock hours of supervised practicum with state licensure
- Current state licensure for the practicing state
