Job Summary
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate patients to determine rehabilitation needs, develop and implement comprehensive care plans in accordance with OASIS and PPS guidelines, and perform direct therapy services. Key responsibilities include initial evaluations, follow-up assessments, communication of patient progress to the healthcare team, and ensuring documentation standards are met. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Language Pathology, a current SLP license, and have at least one year of clinical experience. The position involves physical demands and requires travel within the designated coverage area.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited educational program in Language Pathology
- Current, unrestricted SLP license in the state of work
- Minimum one (1) year of experience as a SLP in a clinical care setting
- Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area
- Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws
- Must be able and willing to travel 50%
- Able to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
