Job Summary

Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and reassessments for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans while providing direct therapy targeting speech, language, and social communication goals. Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical staff to ensure cohesive, interdisciplinary care and train parents or caregivers to support treatment objectives. Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in the electronic health record system. Participate in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and professional development. Report directly to the Clinical Director within Behavioral Health Works, where a multidisciplinary team delivers evidence-based services blending Applied Behavior Analysis with speech best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • active state SLP licensure
  • ASHA CCC-SLP
  • Clinical Fellowship eligibility
  • strong leadership skills
  • communication skills
  • organizational skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with children with ASD
  • familiarity with ABA-based or interdisciplinary treatment environments
  • experience providing parent coaching and caregiver education
