Job Summary
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) collaborates with the special education teacher to coordinate daily and testing schedules, as well as manage special education student lists. Responsibilities include providing specially designed instruction tailored to the needs of students with disabilities, such as resource room, inclusion, and pullout services. Ideal candidates will hold a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology and the necessary state license.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Limited Speech Language Pathology License issued by the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA)
- Speech Language Pathology license issued by the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with at-risk students
