Job Summary
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) collaborates with the special education teacher to form daily and testing schedules and provides updated speech/language student lists. Responsibilities include supplying specially designed instruction tailored to each child's needs as dictated by their disabilities, which may involve resource room, inclusion, or pullout services. Candidates must have a master’s degree in speech language pathology and an SLP license issued by the LARA, with a preference for those who have experience working with at-risk students.
