Job Summary
Deliver speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP, implementing IEP-based treatment plans for individual or small group sessions. Support screenings and evaluations, prepare materials and therapy tools, and maintain accurate documentation while tracking and reporting student progress. Educate families on home strategies and collaborate with school staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Requires minimum one year of current school-based SLPA experience, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, and valid state licensure. This assignment runs from August 27, 2026, to June 11, 2027, with 37.5 weekly hours in The Dalles, OR. Required Qualifications
- Experience as a School-Based SLPA: Minimum 1 year current school based experience as a full time paid SLPA
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent

- Valid state SLPA license or authorization (if required in the state of practice)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
