Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) will implement pediatric speech therapy treatment programs in the home and community under supervision, helping patients develop or regain cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional skills. Responsibilities include executing therapy plans with caregivers, coaching families to carry over activities, designing home exercise programs, documenting care in an EMR, ensuring confidentiality, and supporting caregiver education and empowerment. Requires a State License and CPR certification; bilingual ability is noted in the role description, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules and ongoing mentoring and training.
