Job Summary
Deliver speech therapy interventions under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist to support children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. Implement treatment plans, educate families on carryover techniques, and monitor patient progress while documenting all services in the EMR. Coordinate care with clinical team members and maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Full-time and part-time opportunities available in Cedar Park, Leander, and Liberty Hill, TX, with flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload. Active Texas SLPA license and CPR certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license (Texas)
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1+ year of pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
