Job Summary

Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, implementing treatment plans designed to address each child's communication goals. Work with clients to develop speech, language, communication, and related skills while collecting and recording accurate clinical data. Document treatment sessions and client progress accurately and timely, adapting therapy activities based on each child's needs, progress, and interests. Provide parent/caregiver education and support as directed by the supervising SLP and collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other members of the care team. Participate in team meetings and maintain professional standards compliant with Florida requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Florida SLPA license/authorization
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Candidates should be willing to provide services at both locations when needed
  • Applicants for Employment: All applicants who are offered employment with ABA Alliance Therapy, LLC, will be responsible for completing a Level II background check. Offers of employment are contingent on the successful completion of a background investigation and criminal history check
