Job Summary
Provide direct speech therapy services to K–12 students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP); implement treatment plans, deliver direct therapy, and help students build communication skills to succeed in the classroom; collaborate with SLPs, teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams; maintain therapy notes and progress documentation; prepare therapy materials and participate in IEP meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current SLPA license or certification in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in school or pediatric settings
- Familiarity with IEP processes and special education services
- Knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Experience supporting diverse student populations
