Job Summary
Treat speech, language, communication, feeding and swallowing disorders. Educate and train patients/parents/caregivers. Collaborate with other therapists and assistants. This SLPA role supports a multidisciplinary team including SLPs, SLPAs, PTs, OTs and COTAs to make a meaningful impact on children’s progress and self-esteem; compensation and benefits are provided, with opportunities for professional development and licensure-related reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree (Arizona SLPA licensure)
- Current AZ SLPA licensure
- One year of experience working with children as an SLPA (Preferred)
- Fingerprint clearance card
- CPR Certification
- Must supply liability insurance
