Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (2026-2027)

Provide speech-language pathology services to students under supervision of a licensed SLP; conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings; implement the treatment program/IEP designed by the supervising SLP; transfer newly acquired communication abilities to other contexts; participate in ARD committees; conduct observations and prepare materials; collaborate with classroom teachers to implement activities that improve communication skills; create a conducive learning environment; maintain and secure clinical records in line with laws and district policies; pursue professional development aligned with district goals; ensure confidentiality and adhere to Ethics/Standard Practices for Texas Educators; follow district safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
