Job Summary
Provide direct, individual, or small group instruction to identified pupils on a regularly scheduled basis as required in the IEP. Collaborate with other personnel working with Special Education students and participate in developing and implementing Individual Educational Plans for students who qualify for Designated Instructional Services. Screen, assess, and provide specialized speech and language services to students who qualify for services as established by State standards. Implement and monitor IEPs for these students while developing instructional materials and strategies for Special Education students in the mainstream classroom. Consult with school and home office staff to support the mission of preparing underserved students for college, career, and life success.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology School Services credential, Clinical credential or Rehabilitative Services credential with an authorization in Language, Speech and Hearing

- Master's Degree
- 2+ years as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong communication and community-building skills
- Outstanding training and presentation abilities
- Experience in performance assessment
- Strong problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Flexibility and the ability to work autonomously as well as take direction as needed
