Job Summary
As a Speech Language Pathologist at Meritus Health, you will conduct comprehensive assessments for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, create and implement individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. You will document progress according to licensure standards, provide mentorship, and uphold the mission of improving community health. The role requires a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Maryland licensure, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Maryland SLP license (or temporary license eligibility)
- current BLS certification
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
