Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist for White Hall School District, responsible for screening, diagnosing, and providing therapy to support students' speech and language development. Responsibilities include conducting screenings and diagnostic evaluations, developing IEPs, collaborating with teachers and families, implementing evidence-based strategies, maintaining confidential records, and participating in district and cooperative programs. Requires Arkansas State Certification, state licensure, and CCC, with background checks completed. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Travel to district buildings and professional meetings as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Arkansas State Certification as Speech Language Pathologist
- Valid license from Arkansas Board of Examiners, Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
- Certificate of Clinical Competency
- Must pass an Arkansas State Police background check, and an FBI/DHS background check
- Bachelor's from an accredited college or university in education
- Master's Degree preferred
- Successful prior teaching experience for at least one year
