Job Summary
Provide speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-8, including conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and adjusting interventions based on progress. Manage a blended caseload of approximately 45-50 students across elementary and middle school settings, offering both direct services and consultation support. Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary providers to support communication goals and ensure compliance with special education requirements. Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation to meet school and state timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland Department of Health Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellows
- Experience with school-based service delivery preferred
- Experience with IEPs and AAC is beneficial but not required
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
