Job Summary
Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for a blended caseload of approximately 45 elementary students. Provide direct and indirect therapy services while developing and implementing IEP goals. Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, collaborate with teachers and families, and maintain accurate documentation. Complete Medicaid billing if applicable. This full-time, onsite role supports students with articulation disorders, language delays, autism, and fluency issues during the 2026–2027 school year. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Current or eligible Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license
