Job Summary
Provide speech-language therapy services, conduct evaluations and screenings, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs. Complete progress reports, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare therapy materials while managing student scheduling. Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate with educators and families on student outcomes. Utilize assessment data to guide therapy planning and foster an inclusive learning environment for diverse learners. Full-time onsite role with a weekly salary paid over 52 weeks. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Massachusetts DESE Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology License through the Division of Professional Licensure
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment criminal background check
Desired Qualifications
- Three or more years of speech-language pathology experience
- Experience providing school-based speech-language services
- Strong knowledge of speech-language evaluations, report writing, and IEP development
- Experience supporting diverse learners, including students with disabilities and English Learners
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with educational technology and data-informed therapeutic practices
