Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (Adult Home Health) in West Central Broward County (Sunrise, Tamarac, Plantation, Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas). Provide one-on-one geriatric speech, cognitive, and swallowing therapy in patients’ homes, including evaluations, re-assessments, and development of plans of care addressing dysphagia and language disorders. Utilize Kinnser/WellSky for charting; expect to complete Start of Care, Resumption of Care, and Discharge-related documentation. Per-visit compensation is offered, with specific rates for evaluation/re-admission and routine visits. Must hold an active Florida SLP license, CPR/BLS, and have reliable transportation; experience with Kinnser/WellSky is a major plus.
Required Qualifications
- License: Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
- Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Software: Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus!
