Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for geriatric home-health patients in South Broward County. Provide high-quality, one-on-one speech, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to adults in their homes, focusing on dysphagia, stroke recovery, and cognitive-linguistic care. Complete evaluations, reassessments, and OASIS documentation; develop and implement plans of care to address speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Per-visit compensation structure with per-visit rates and streamlined charting using Kinnser/WellSky. Must hold an active Florida SLP license, CPR/BLS certification, and have reliable transportation to patient homes.
Required Qualifications
- License: Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
- Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Software: Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus!
