Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (Adult Home Health) in North Broward County seeking geriatric SLPs to provide one-on-one speech, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to patients in their homes. Responsibilities include evaluations, re-assessments, and development/implementation of plans of care for speech, language, and dysphagia disorders; use of Kinnser/WellSky for charting; per-visit compensation with clear rate structure; and ongoing collaboration with clinician leadership to support patient goals. Requires active FL SLP license, CPR/BLS, and reliable transportation; home-health-focused field experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- License: Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
- Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Software: Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus!
