Speech Language Pathologist (58117)

Conduct home-based speech therapy for patients with communication, swallowing, or cognitive difficulties, performing assessments, documenting progress, and assisting with exercises like breathing, swallowing, fluency, and articulation. Work within a home health team to support established patient goals while educating families on safety practices and self-care. Maintain 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratios and adhere to state and federal home health regulations. Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree, active Florida SLP license, one year of experience, and CPR certification. This PRN position offers flexible assignments, autonomy, and competitive visit rates with mileage reimbursement.
