Speech Language Pathologist (58101)

Conduct home-based speech therapy for patients with communication, swallowing, or cognitive difficulties due to illness or injury. Observe and evaluate patient abilities, then conduct assessments, document progress, and ensure goals are met. Assist with mouth, breathing, and swallowing exercises, fluency, articulation, and reading while educating families on safety and self-care. Work within a multidisciplinary team including RNs, LPNs, and therapists to support individualized plans of care. Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree, active Indiana license, one year of experience, and CPR certification.
