Speech Language Pathologist

Provide high quality direct speech-language therapy services to a wide variety of students and conduct standard and non-standardized assessments to determine strengths and concerns in areas of motor speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, literacy, and dysphagia. Develop strength-based, child and family-centered treatment plans, collect ongoing daily data, and adapt treatment based on student performance trends. Ensure IEP, ETR, and progress monitoring procedures adhere to company, state, and federal guidelines while attending IEP and MFE meetings. Collaborate with staff, primary care providers, and educational teams to implement classroom strategies and guide referrals. Develop and communicate daily schedules to building leaders and supervisors. Requires Florida SLP License, CCCs (no CFs), and a Master's degree; US citizenship required. School-based setting only.
