Job Summary
Administer speech therapy evaluations and examinations to diagnose residents and develop treatment plans. Monitor resident progress, adjust treatments accordingly, and record information on initial evaluations, treatment, and discharge. Prepare detailed reports while maintaining confidentiality and observing current evidence-based practices aligned with American Speech-Language-Hearing Association standards. Maintain cooperative relationships with healthcare team members and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an accredited SLP Program
- Current New York State SLP License
- currently licensed in New York
- graduate from an approved Speech Language Pathology (SLP) program
- actively working toward obtaining licensure
