Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist position in Beaufort County School District. Responsibilities include evaluating students with communicative disorders, diagnosing speech and language disorders, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), creating service delivery models for therapy, coordinating with classroom teachers and families, maintaining student records, and ensuring program progress is communicated to administrators. Requires collaboration with other school personnel and adherence to policies, with expectations for professional growth and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid South Carolina teaching license or be able to obtain one within 60 days from being hired.
- Must have completed a program of study in Speech Therapy education from an accredited college or university.
