Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive services for learners aged birth to 21, including direct services, consultation, coaching, and training. Complete Child Find tasks to determine eligibility for Special Education, assess communication skills, and develop evidence-based intervention plans addressing language, articulation, fluency, and voice disorders. Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines while partnering with educators, families, and communities. Maintain a current IDPH license as an agency requirement and hold an Iowa Board of Educational Examiners B-21 Speech-Language Pathologist License. Begin the 2027-28 school year in full-time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Iowa Bureau of Educational Examiners (BoEE) B-21 Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Statement of Professional Recognition (SPR)
- Professional Service License
- Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) License
- Meet all state requirements, endorsements, approval, and licensure requirements as established by the Iowa Department of Education/Iowa Board of Educational Examiners
