Job Summary

Conduct speech-language evaluations and intervention services for Pre-K through 5th grade students, managing a caseload of approximately 45–50 students using a combination of push-in, pull-out, and consultation models. Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and related-service providers to support student progress within a stable, school-based environment. Work alongside other Speech-Language Pathologists and receive bi-weekly team meetings, mentorship from a Clinical Support Director, and access to a materials database. Transition from remote to in-person support while maintaining defined caseloads and consistent clinical guidance throughout the 2026–2027 school year.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Eligible for or holding a Washington Department of Health Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Washington Educational Staff Associate certification
  • Open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY))
