Job Summary
Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting, conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering goal-aligned therapy. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams while maintaining compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines. Prior experience in special education caseload management and school district processes is beneficial. This assignment follows the academic calendar with approximately 42 contract weeks, with one day per week potentially flexible. The role offers full-time pay and benefits, including weekly on-time compensation, medical coverage, and 401k matching. For travel contracts, 100% paid housing and license reimbursement are available.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure in good standing or eligibility in Washington
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA CCCs preferred
- Educator's license preferred
- Experience providing speech and language therapy in school settings
- Experience conducting assessments and developing IEPs
- Experience with school district documentation and compliance processes
- Prior experience in special education caseload management
