Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist position for the 2026-2027 school year (PRN, up to 29 hours/week) responsible for evaluating speech and language skills in children and adolescents and delivering appropriate treatment/interventions. Develop IEP therapy goals aligned to general education or private therapy goals, create and update treatment plans, work within an educational team, provide expertise to partner school staff, maintain progress notes for IEP goals and billing, write IEP goals and progress notes, coordinate attendance with the Partner School’s calendar, communicate with other professionals to ensure coordinated care, and submit billing in a timely manner. The Miriam Learning Center serves students ages 2-18 and collaborates with numerous local schools to deliver specialized educational services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from accredited school
- Licensed in Missouri
- ASHA Certification
- Experience in providing Speech and Language evaluations and treatment to children and/or adolescents
- Able to utilize personal computer to submit reports in a timely manner
