Job Summary
Assess patient physical limitations and medical conditions using objective evaluation techniques. Prescribe and implement treatment programs designed to return patients to their maximal functional level. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary health care team to maximize patient and team outcomes while promoting improvements in department and hospital systems. Incorporate hospital goals and objectives at the site of care and engage in system initiatives such as CUSP or Lean Sigma. Requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current State licensure, and two years of clinical experience. Full-time 40-hour schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current State licensure as Speech Language Pathologist
- Current CPR certification
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship
- Two years experience as a Speech Language Pathologist

- Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
