Speech Clinical Fellowship

Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify clinical issues and modify therapy protocols as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment while celebrating individual victories. This fellowship requires a current state license in Speech Language Pathology and a BLS certification. Candidates must obtain the SLP Certificate of Clinical Competencies within the first two years. The role is part of Encompass Health's national inpatient rehabilitation network, offering tuition reimbursement and a supportive environment for professional growth.
