Job Summary
Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist role in the adult community team ( locum, 2 months with potential extension ) based at Clayponds Hospital or Ealing Day Treatment Centre. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment, and management of adults with communication and swallowing disorders; collaborative MDT involvement; maintaining accurate clinical documentation; contributing to service development and quality-improvement initiatives; and providing care across clinic and community settings. Requires a Degree in Speech and Language Therapy, HCPC registration, and experience with adult caseloads in community or outpatient settings.
