Speech and Language Therapist (Pediatric / Autism Specialist)

Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for children and young adults with autism and communication challenges. Provide daily therapy targeting communication, language development, articulation, and social skills using evidence-based approaches such as PECS, AAC, and functional communication training. Collaborate with educators, ABA therapists, and parents to ensure consistency across school and therapy settings, while developing classroom strategies and participating in IEP meetings for goal setting. Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking. This role supports a multidisciplinary team at Alia National School & Alia Autism Center in Bahrain, focusing on pediatric and autism specialist interventions.
