Job Summary
Deliver targeted interventions, develop therapy programmes, and support SENCOs in implementing universal strategies across mainstream schools. Create pupil-centred intervention plans and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to model effective support within school settings. Ensure children receive appropriate assistance through a graduated response model aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. This permanent role offers up to £40,250 per annum plus a welcome bonus, 37.5 hours weekly in Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth, with access to a 10% daily rest trial.
Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- All successful applicants will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of implementing universal strategies and targeted interventions
- Team Lead Experience
- Experience working with complex behaviours
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- CPD and/or training
- Trauma-Informed care experience
- Experience working with paediatric social, emotional, and mental health needs
