Job Summary
Deliver targeted interventions and develop therapy programmes across mainstream schools in Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth. Support SENCOs and school staff in implementing universal strategies and delivering pupil-centred intervention plans. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to model effective interventions and equip key adults with skills to support pupils achieving their therapy goals. Operate through a graduated response model aligned with the SEND Code of Practice to ensure children receive appropriate support. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a welcome bonus structure. The employer provides a summer contract maximizing annual leave, a daily 10% rest trial, and comprehensive benefits including 25 days of leave, CPD days, and extensive wellbeing support. Candidates must hold HCPC registration and demonstrate experience in educational environments, clinical supervision, and training development.
Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- All successful applicants will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS

- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
