Speech and Language Therapist

Deliver targeted interventions and develop therapy programmes across mainstream schools in Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth. Support SENCOs and school staff in implementing universal strategies and delivering pupil-centred intervention plans. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to model effective interventions and equip key adults with skills to support pupils achieving their therapy goals. Operate through a graduated response model aligned with the SEND Code of Practice to ensure children receive appropriate support. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a welcome bonus structure.
