Job Summary
Deliver targeted interventions and develop therapy programmes across mainstream schools in Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth. Support SENCOs and school staff by implementing universal strategies and delivering pupil-centred intervention plans aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to model effective communication support and equip key adults to achieve therapy goals. Operate through a graduated response model to ensure children receive appropriate support at the right time. This permanent role involves 37.5 hours per week with a welcome bonus structure. Candidates must hold HCPC registration and a relevant degree, with experience in clinical supervision and training development. Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- All successful applicants will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS

- Experience working with complex behaviours
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- CPD and/or training
- Trauma-Informed care experience
