Job Summary
Deliver targeted interventions and develop therapy programmes across mainstream schools in the Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth areas. Support SENCOs and school staff in implementing universal strategies and delivering pupil-centred intervention plans aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. Work collaboratively with families, multidisciplinary teams, and teaching staff to model effective integration of interventions into school life. Provide professional clinical supervision and develop training for key adults to empower them in supporting pupils' communication goals. This permanent role involves a 37.5-hour week with a welcome bonus structure and offers access to Inclusion Hubs and the Momenta 360 reintegration programme. Candidates must hold HCPC registration and relevant qualifications in Speech and Language Therapy.
Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- fully enhanced DBS

- Experience working with complex behaviours
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- CPD and/or training
