Speech and Language Therapist

Deliver targeted interventions and develop therapy programmes across mainstream schools in the Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth area. Support SENCOs and school staff in implementing universal strategies and delivering pupil-centred intervention plans aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to model effective integration of therapy into school life and equip key adults with skills to support pupils in achieving their goals. Work with families and professionals to ensure children receive appropriate support through a graduated response model. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a welcome bonus structure. The employer provides 25 days of annual leave, a dedicated CPD day, and extensive mental health and wellbeing support. Candidates must hold HCPC registration and a relevant degree, with experience in clinical supervision and training development.
