Job Summary
Deliver targeted interventions and develop therapy programmes across mainstream schools in the Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth areas. Support SENCOs and school staff in implementing universal strategies and delivering pupil-centred intervention plans aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. Collaborate with multidisciplinary and teaching teams to model effective integration of therapies into school life, while working closely with families and professionals to empower key adults to support pupils' goals. Implement graduated response models to ensure children receive appropriate support at the right time. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a salary up to £40,250 plus bonuses, including access to Inclusion Hubs and the Momenta 360 reintegration program.
Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- All successful applicants will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS

- Team Lead Experience
- Experience working with complex behaviours
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- CPD and/or training
- Trauma-Informed care experience
- Experience working with paediatric social, emotional, and mental health needs
