Job Summary
Deliver targeted interventions and develop therapy programmes across mainstream schools in Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth. Support SENCOs and school staff in implementing universal strategies and delivering pupil-centred intervention plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary and teaching teams to model interventions and equip key adults with skills to support pupils, operating within a graduated response model aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. Work with families and professionals to ensure children receive appropriate support. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a salary up to £40,250 plus bonuses. Momenta Connect is a multidisciplinary hub focused on helping children overcome educational barriers through collaboration with schools and Local Authorities.
Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- Fully enhanced DBS
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of implementing universal strategies and targeted interventions
- Team Lead Experience
- Experience working with complex behaviours
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- CPD and/or training
- Trauma-Informed care experience
- Experience working with paediatric social, emotional, and mental health needs
