Job Summary
Implement universal strategies and targeted interventions across mainstream schools in the Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth area. Develop therapy programmes and deliver pupil-centred intervention plans while supporting SENCOs and school staff. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to model effective integration of support, ensuring children receive the right level of assistance through a graduated response model aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. Work closely with families and professionals to empower key adults in achieving therapy goals. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a welcome bonus structure, situated within a multidisciplinary hub focused on overcoming educational barriers for children and young people.
Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- All successful applicants will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS

- Experience working with complex behaviours
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- CPD and/or training
- Trauma-Informed care experience
