Job Summary
Deliver targeted interventions and develop therapy programmes across mainstream schools in Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth. Support SENCOs and staff in implementing universal strategies and delivering pupil-centred intervention plans aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to model interventions and equip key adults with skills to support pupils achieving therapy goals. Work with families and professionals to ensure children receive appropriate support through a graduated response model. Operate within a permanent 37.5-hour week, offering up to £40,250 plus a welcome bonus. Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- Fully enhanced DBS
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of implementing universal strategies and targeted interventions
- Team Lead Experience
- Experience working with complex behaviours
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- CPD and/or training
- Trauma-Informed care experience
- Experience working with paediatric social, emotional, and mental health needs
